WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, PLEASE NOTE THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE.



Shipping

All orders are shipped from Bronx, NY. While orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

Without Space is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact ORDERS@WITHOUTSPACE.CO and we will try our best to assist you with this matter. 



International Orders

We currently only ship to USA, Canada and Mexico.

As we are a brand new company we are currently unable to ship orders internationally.
This is subject to change as we grow.

Returns

**PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the current COVID-19 Global Pandemic, we will be unable to process returns.**

Orders can be returned for free within 14 days of the order being placed. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days from time of order. You can contact ORDERS@WITHOUTSPACE.CO to initiate your return.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.



Exchanges

**PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the current COVID-19 Global Pandemic, we will be unable to process exchanges.**

In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items may be exchanged for the proper item or size for free within 14 days of the order being placed.
